Work and Career Issues

People are sometimes unable to figure out what career to pursue, can’t find a job or even keeping one.  Even if you are employed, there are a multitude of stressors that can occur in the workplace from pressing deadlines, opposing personalities of fellow co-workers, and even issues surrounding motivation at work in general.  Sometimes there may be workplace discrimination in terms of racial discrimination or sexual harassment.  Such things can be overwhelming for anyone.

Therapists can help a person to identify their inner feelings associated with their place of employment, including techniques to handle difficult situations and people.  In a non-judgmental atmosphere, anyone can feel comfortable opening up about their pre-occupations with their place of work and together with their therapist they can work on overcoming them.
